Hundred Times Spring. Photographs of Tel Aviv from 1909 to today

This is a valuable selection that documents the extraordinary history of the city built on sand dunes overlooking the sea. This collection, divided into two sections, is the story of an epic and fascinating everyday life, but close lantana, central to understanding Tel-Aviv.

The exhibition includes a selection of about a hundred images printed on paper that describes the city of Tel Aviv since its founding in 1909 until today. The exhibition opens with the first images taken in 1909, the year of the foundation by Avraham Soskin (1881-1973) which has immortalized the early settlements. There will be pictures of the community to work, the first buildings, the first streets: fifty shots in soft black and white which are perceived stubbornness, pride, hard man who takes possession of the land and turns.

To describe the city of today but will be pictures of Viviana Tagar: fifty images of colorful neighborhoods in motion during the hours of day and night, the boardwalk, the ancient village of Neve Tzedek, art and nightlife.
