Can I book a stay for a month or more?

Of course, you can book for one or more months. For stays longer than 2 weeks please contact us by email or telephone.

How can I take advantage of the offers listed?

You can book your stay with special offers contacting us by e-mail or telephone.

What should I do on my arrival at the apartment?

At least 48 hours prior to arrival must contact us to determine the time of delivery of the keys directly in the apartment.

How do I book the apartment?

You may confirm the reservation of the apartment paying a deposit of 20% by credit card online or through bank transfer.

How can I pay the deposit to confirm my reservation?

You can pay the deposit by credit card Visa or Mastercard on the booking page of our website or by a bank transfer.

When I have to pay the balance for my stay?

Upon delivery of the keys you can pay the amount with a credit card Visa or Mastercard, or in cash.

How many people can hold an apartment?

The number of guests for each apartment depends on their type. The smaller apartments can accommodate 4 people while the largest can accommodate up to 6 people.

Are the apartments suitable for people with mobility disabilities?

The building where the apartments are accessible for wheelchairs as all access ladders are equipped with ramps or lifts. The two modern lifts serving the building have a size suitable for wheelchairs. The apartments have doors with a width from 60 cm. The bathrooms, however, do not meet accessibility standards even though we have many regular customers with disabilities. Do not hesitate to contact us in any event for more details.

Can I bring my pet?

It can be evaluated on a case by establishing an additional deposit to be paid in cash upon check-in and that will be returned at departure if no damage.

Is there any cleaning service?

Cleaning service included in the price is carried out twice a week with linen change for stays of 5 nights.

Is final cleaning included?

Final cleaning is included. The cleaning of the kitchen is done by the guest.

Is there linen for bathroom and kitchen in the apartment?

Yes, in your apartment you will find all the linen that you need for your stay.

Is there any internet connection?

In each apartment there is internet connection WIFI included. Due to protected network, you should request a password to access upon check-in.

Is the area around the building safe and secure?

The neighborhood is quiet and safe keeping in mind that Rome is a great city.

Are there any shops or restaurants close to the palace?

Nearby there are restaurants, pizzerias, a grocery, a discount supermarket, post office, a bakery, a hairdresser and many other businesses.

Which kind of transportations can I find near the apartment?

Piazza di Porta Maggiore, a few meters from the building, is an important node for many lines of public transport. For example, the No. 3 bus from the Piazza di Porta Maggiore and brings in a few stops to the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus and Trastevere, the tram line 19 leads to the campus, the polyclinic and paris, bus No. 105 stops at 50 meters from the palace door and 5 stops to Termini station. The nearest Metro stops are one of the line "Manzoni" or "Termini Station" point of intersection between line A and B.
